STUDENTS at Ormskirk School turned up bright and early onThursday morning to pick up their A-Level results with smiles all round.
Natasha Sheel, Joanna Hemmings and David Pritchardall gained straight As, as well as Advanced Extension Awards.
Joanna, who gained as in English Literature, Maths, Economics and Music and AEA merits in Economics and English, said: "I'm off to Oxford to study Law. I got the results I needed and I'm really pleased."
Natasha, who hopes to study volcanoes, is also going to Oxford: "I got As in Maths, Physics and Chemistry. I'm going to be studying Earth Sciences, I'm over the moon."
Jonathan Wright is going to Goldsmiths Art College in London, to study Design: "I got an A in Art, an A in Philosophy and an A in Maths, whichI'm reallysurprised by."
Simon Williams got As in Maths, Chemistry and Biology: "I'm going to study Maths at Sheffield. It's a four year course, with an exchange year in Australia. I'm made up and I can't wait."
